Hub 2 contains a Desk, Office chair and a client chair, its own airconditioner, (please note this is a semi private space)
Hub 3 contains 2 desks and 2 chairs, and its own airconditioner, (please note this office is a semi -private space)
Hub 4 and Hub 5 are private stand-alone offices located in Hub Connect.
Hub 4 contains an office desk, and a small conference table, 3 chairs, and it's own airconditioner.
Hub 5 contains a corner desk, and a office chair and a comfortable client chair.
All Hub offices come with the following inclusions:
- Private office space, with a door
- Desk and office chair

Open Spaces
Open 1 - Open 2
There are open spaces, Lobby 1 and Lobby 2 are located at HUB on Stuart.
Lobby 1 and Lobby 2 are just inside Hub on Stuart, they have a desk, with space for a client chair if required. Includes full use of all of Hub on Stuart facilities. Your clients can have a seat in the nearby Hub Reception area. A privacy screen can be used during your hire if required.
All Lobby spaces come with the following inclusions:
